All orders ship from our location in London.
Currently, we only ship within the UK.

11. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently only ship to UK addresses.
12. Do you have a physical store?
No — Glossura is online-only. This helps us keep prices fair and service fast.
13. Can I place a bulk or B2B order?

14. Can I exchange a product?
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need something different, simply return the original and place a new order.
